Preparing your Physical (In-Person) Poster

For those bringing physical posters to display in Glasgow, we encourage you to also upload an online version, to increase your reach and so that those attending virtually have an opportunity to see your work. Click here for more information. 

Please find instructions for displaying your poster:

• Posters can be mounted from 11:30 on Monday 25 October and must be removed by 13:30 on Friday 29 October. 
• Posters must be prepared as A0 Portrait (or equivalent) - please note it will not be possible to print your poster on-site
• Posters can be affixed to the board with hook velcro, which will be supplied. 
• Authors will receive confirmation of their poster number shortly which will correspond to their board in Glasgow.
